How much does rem5 cost?
HOW DO I BOOK A POD FOR MY REM5 EXPERIENCE?
Booking is all done through a service called Springboard. When you're ready to book a date and time, click HERE to go to that booking site. You'll be able to select the number of guests/PODs that you'll need and when you'd like to come. If a particular time isn't available, it is because we are already booked then. BOOK HERE.

WHAT is it like to come to rem5?
An excellent question! Since we're such a unique type of experience, we get this all the time. To help, we've made this VIDEO that breaks down what happens here at REM5. We suggest starting there.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes! You can do that before you come by clicking HERE, or fill it out quickly when you arrive.
what is the age limit to try vr?
We believe that VR is for everyone. That being said, we've seen ages 5-100+ enter a headset and have an unbelievable experience. We'll work with you to figure out VR EXPERIENCES that work best for you.
We have VR at home, what makes this any different?
At REM5, our service is key. We assign you your own VR Concierge who will guide you through the tech and through our expansive, but curated, list of VR experiences. We also are using top-of-the-line equipment to ensure an incredible experience. Plus, we make VR fun and social so you can enjoy with friends and family while enjoying food and drinks, too!
IS IT safe to try vr?
Safety and sanitation has been our highest priority since day one. Since COVID, we've implemented even more measures to ensure this. Between guidance from your VR Concierge, and our dedication to cleanliness of equipment and our venue, we believe that you can come and enjoy a safe and stress-free VR experience with us.

Do i need to be a tech person or gamer to enjoy vr?
No. 100% no. We believe that VR is for everyone and we built REM5 to do just that, provide access to high-end VR to every day people. You don't need to know anything about the technology to enjoy it and VR is even more natural than your phone or computer because you're fully immersed and using your body like you normally would!
RESERVATIONS
I need to change or cancel my reservation, what should i do?
I think i booked a pod but i'm not sure, how can i confirm that i did?
a few people decided they can't make it, do i need to adjust my reservation?
I want to bring a larger group with me (8+ guests), what should i do?
Start by checking out our SMALL GROUP (8-30 people) or our CORPORATE EVENT (35-150 people) pages to get a sense of what you'd like to do. If you'd like to do a normal day out of VR, just EMAIL us and we'll get you taken care of.
I can't SELECT THE time I want, what gives?
If the time you'd like to book is greyed out and says "No station available" that means that we are fully booked during that time. Please select another time or date in order to make your reservation.
I want to reserve a pod for more than 30 minutes but that is the only option that shows up. what should i do?
The time slots that come up are the only ones available for a few reasons, either there are other reservations that have already been made, or we are closing or closing for a private event at an earlier time. The slots that are marked as unavailable are that way for a reason. Please select a new time that works for your group. Thanks!

I want to host my OR my child's birthday at rem5, where should i start?
We love birthdays and think that REM5 is a great place to have one. We're a bit biased though. Start by checking out our BIRTHDAY page. We have some general info and packages that you can review. When you've got some ideas on what you'd like to do, EMAIL US, and we'll work with you to lock in your date, time, and number of guests.
Can i bring a cake?
Please do! Anything that will make your party even more enjoyable, we're all about it. We'll provide space and tableware for your event and anything else you might need to make your special day even more speical.
I want to rent out the entire space, can i do that?
Of course! We do full buyouts, corporate events, and large gatherings all the time and we'd be happy to discuss it with you and even do a tour/consultation with you in person. Shoot us an EMAIL and we'll get started!
this place would be awesome for a company event, do you host those?
From teambuilding events, to team meetings and everything in between, we make it social and fun. Start on our CORPORATE EVENTS page and then EMAIL us when you're ready to get started!
Do you travel to events or do pop ups?
We'd love to. Shoot us an EMAIL with some event details and we'll go from there.
Can we bring in outside catering?
We have a full commercial kitchen and wide beverage selection. If you'd still like to chat about outside catering for your event, EMAIL US.

Do you have parking on site?
Yes, we have plenty of spots available for you to park in when you and your group arrive.
DO YOU serve food and drinks?
We do! People are normally surprised by this, but we want your experience to be a well-rounded one. Check out our MENU to get a taste, but in general we focus on fun, shareable foods, and have a wide variety of local, craft alcoholic beverages including beer, wine, seltzer and cider, plus sodas, bubbly waters and more! We have a full commercial kitchen in house and bring everything right out to your POD.
What vr games do you have?
We pride ourselves in curating fun, high-end experiences for our guests. You can see our current VR EXPERIENCES and have something in mind to try when you arrive. Unfortunately we can't offer certain experiences that you've seen online because they may not be available or have a license. Please REACH OUT and let us know about any cool experiences that you've seen and we can see if we can make them work for you.
